Account Info

How do I create an account?
1. Click the My Account icon link at the top right corner of our site.
2. Click on Create New Account.
3. Fill in your details.
4. Welcome onboard Tareeq Al Raha!

Log into your account by clicking the “My Account” on the top right of our website & then proceed to enter your details. Select what aspect you need to edit by clicking “Edit”.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our website. Under the login box, select the link that says Forgot your password?.

Delivery

Which locations do we deliver to?
We currently deliver within city limits of all Emirates across the UAE.

Depending on the item, we may take 3-5 business days to complete the delivery of orders provided:

  • Building/compound permits have been arranged, else we won’t be allowed by your compound or building security (especially in the case of larger items of tiles, water closets, washbasins, etc.
  • Offloading is arranged. The offloading process requires professionals and this should be arranged by the customer in order to receive your shipment especially in the case of larger items.

Alternatively, you may opt for Click & Collect option during checkout. You may collect your order once processed/prepared by our warehouse team from the address below:

Generally, delivery fees are on average AED 50 per order however, this may vary depending on the item & quantity bought.

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account or alternatively, you may reach out to our customer care team who can assist you further.

Select your preferred tile colour, size, finish etc. then click on “Order Sample” instead of “Add to cart”.

We offer free sample vouchers when you buy tile samples.

Vouchers are valid for 7 days, Vouchers can only be redeemed on tile purchases worth AED 500 or more. The maximum voucher amount is 200AED (if you buy 4 samples)

Return & Cancellation

What if I received the wrong products?
If you have received the wrong products, please contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt.

Orders may be cancelled as long as the shipment has not been dispatched. Your order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please read our Cancellation Policy.

Please read our Return Policy first to check eligibility. If you are eligible to return the item, please contact us.

Please inspect your order during receipt to ensure the items are in good condition while receiving them. In the rare scenario where this is not the case, please contact us with any damage-related complaints within 72 hours.
